The labyrinth walk is held on the first Wednesday of every month.
The labyrinth is simply a walking meditative path, once on the path it takes you to the centre and back out again.
It is a simple design and it is an alternative to a sitting meditation.
At any time you can leave the labyrinth and stop and reflect at any of the corners.
The leader will have chosen a theme to guide your thoughts.
This gentle form of body prayer which enables us to go inward and become centred – and then return to our outer life refreshed.
