Here we are on the threshold of Holy Week. Our Lectio Group have shared their thoughts with us on the readings for this coming Sunday.

Our Lectio Group has been focussed on the reading for the Fifth Sunday in Lent Year C.

John 8:1-11 If there is one of you who has not sinned, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.

Our Lectio Live today was real treat. It is always good to meet up in the Centre and today we welcomed some new members to the Group.

For today we were focussed on the readings for the Fourth Sunday in Lent Year C.

Luke 15:1-3, 11-32

Lectio Live

Next Friday, 25th March, we will meet for our Lectio Live at the Centre.

Do feel free to come and join in. We always welcome new members to the group.

There will be a chance to chat over a cup of tea, meet old friends, make new ones.

Lectio Divina for this Friday concentrated on the reading for the Second Sunday in Lent Year C.

Lk 9:28-36  As Jesus prayed, the aspect of his face was changed.

We start another Lent Journey; let’s keep on praying together, for one another, for our needs and those of the world. In particular please pray for Peace in Ukraine.

Our Lectio Divina for this Friday considered the reading for the First Sunday in Lent Year C.

Lk 4:1-13  Jesus was led by the Spirit through the wilderness and was tempted there.
